If you would like to embed the video, which I suppose is even more convenient than posting a URL take the following steps:
1 - Open the video in YouTube 2 - Select and copy the embed code to the right of the video 3 - Enter Blogger and start a new post. 4 - In the new post editor, click the edit html tab at top right. 5 - Paste the embed code here and complete the post.
From there I suppose you can switch back from "Edit HTML" to "compose" if you want to add text etc.
